just a quick general question regarding the IPO which has me confused. If I was a holder of 100 shares of TD would I be offered the new company at the IPO price or would I be getting the spinoff via a dividend? Since they are doing 10% would that mean I would be offered 10 shares of the new company? I am not familiar with these types of transactions but it would seem to me that the holders of TD should receive some type of bonus Any feedback will be much appreciated Thanks Jeff
