Hiram- Thanks for the link. As an @Home investor, I want the bad news as well as the good. This should be yet another wake-up call for @Home management and affiliated cable companies. I became an @Home customer last night, with installation scheduled for next Tuesday. Afterwards, I called to ask if my account was already active, and whether or not I could access my email from work or another Internet access account I have. My hold time was 45 minutes! Obviously it was not worth holding that long, but I wanted to see just how long it would take to get through. that was around 9 pm here in the Denver area. And, no, the account cannot be accessed until after the installation is performed. Randy
