TheHealthChannel.Com (BGIX), spoke to IR The new web site looks great (www.TheHealthChannel.Com). Not only do they have a wealth of medical information, they will also be adding an in-house pharmacist to answer questions and fulfill prescriptions. Per IR (415-388-1551): Biologix Intl (BGIX, www.bilogix.net) will be spinning off TheHealthChannel as a dividend. They also plan doing an IPO for the new company later. Currently, BGIX has 10mil outstanding with 3-3.5mil in the float.
