It appears to me that Kubota has filed that they own 2.9 million shares of CUBE in Feb 1997, rather than having filed for the sale of the shares. I interprete this information based on the Form Type (SC 13G/A) that Kutoba used. If I am correct, it is a bullish sign. Kubota is a Japanese conglomerate. Please correct me if I am wrong. KW
