Sky, ONSL has always rallied from it's 200 day MA within 2 to 10 days. Two other times it fell below the 200 day but rallied significantly from there as well to take out the old established high. It's a weird stock. Everyone wants to buy it while it's rallying and not wait for the ball to drop.

The time lapse bw the 9 and 10 millionth bid was explained by ONSL as a "time lag" in getting permission from the bidder to include their "bid count" in the bid! If that isn't odd! They need to get permission to include a person's bid in the bid count? That's what was told to me by ONSL. EBAY doesn't give a rat's ... you're included. They said it took longer to get permission from bidder's to post the 10 millionth bid. Maybe it's because Kaplan is TOO educated. I mean, maybe it requires being stupid to start an internet business.
