MskiHntr..The thing to remember,if the debenture holders are in it for the stock, it's in their best interest to have the stock price low as soon as possible,as it appears they can convert at anytime once the paperwork is filed..The big question, will they short against the box
(arbitrage) to lock in more profits, which in turn,in all probablity would drive the price down, resulting in more shares on conversion..This is also why these are referred to as "death spiral" debentures..If they are real good, they can convert and cover there short, resulting in a higher price(from the buying) and then short the block again and start all over(remember we're talking a lot of stock to work the market with)..DD
