I'm not sure but have been told that the change was mandated by the exchange.The reason I have been told is late filing of docs. I am not sure if this was good information. Perhaps someone out there knows for sure. I don't believe the shares would be hard to trade.
The thing that bothers me is the lack of news regarding this name change.I reckon it is not a negative in any event, since trading was good and it was an up day.
