Ditch, yes there is a hell of a lot more stock out there but it is not in the public float. Officers and family members have 42,655,985 shares in total per Item 11 pg 17 of the 10KSB.

That's a huge percentage. If what we're all supposing, that the PP is and will be the ruin and damnation of the company, then there's 42,655,985 shares I'm glad I don't own.

But these shares amounts, especially, in Gordon's case have grown because he has forgone getting the money back that he lent to the corporation and opted to take shares instead of dollars. It seems to me that if I was a concerned shareholder I would rather have the dollars in the hand as opposed to so many birdies in the bush. But Gordon apparently likes birds.

He alone is long 40, 723, 950.

Why would he want to kill the goose? The company doesn't have any potential?
