Steve, Hi!!! RE: Kemble, the problem in Austin is labor, and that is becoming more and more of an issue as time moves forward. Sure ....all you have to imagine is how is a company going to continue to grow and be located where the labor force is being depleted as rapidly as it has been the past few years...I remember late this summer that DELL announced they were considering opening another part of the country to development...once again labor was the issue...Now, this is what appears to be a problem...but one that is certainly one you don't mind having...DELL will attract quality wherever it goes..the employee benefits are irresistible.. :o) Best, kemble
