V$gas there may have been some panic selling today, but as I monitored the stock I noticed that the selling started in earnest around 2:20 EST. There were a couple of 20m pieces then a steady drumbeat of 10M and 5M pieces interspersed with the occasional "odd lot". It looked to me as if there was one may two large pieces that came onto the market and the broker did the best job he could getting it sold. He hit the bid, back off, hit a few MMs, back off, but he kept coming back and that in my opinion was the driving force behind the selloff. I'm hoping whoever it was is about done and ease up so that the stock can recuperate. Plus the MMs are probably wearing some paper that they would like to get rid of a little higher.
