Yes that is really cheap equity. Imagine what the note holders feel.
Can you elaborate on the synthetic lease deal; I could not find a reference to it in the documents I looked through.

I'm still looking for the payoff from the Novellus purchase of the Varian Thin Film Systems business two years ago. Novellus discontinued older Varian products, released the Inova PVD. Signs that the business is contributing are pretty fuzzy. Was the Varian purchase too big a bite for the management team. What would they do with Lam, leave it autonomous?
