Class Action lawsuit??? If we actually do have grounds for this, it's just another example of America's screwed up legal system.... Seriously, I'm sure that USRX's managment didn't intentionally delay x2, so they could take advantage of it with insider trading. x2 is delayed--obviously, USRX wishes it was on the shelves month ago, and have done whatever they could in order to expidite shipment. If it's a problem which they have little control over, they don't deserve to be sued for it. Sal Habash for President...."Read my lips, I'll make changes for this country!"
