Today was a fairly important day for our stock. The new Pres. and CEO took his 125,OOO shares today at $0.776/share (the forgivable interest free loan). That was part of the employment agreement to get him to come on board. Now that this placement, with warrants, has been done, I think that this should clear the way for some significant announcements by management in the near future. Some of you may have noticed that after the Press Release was out, there was some concerted buying by some individuals who didn't want to dicker about a few pennies. Finally, there appears to be very little stock available now at $0.80 and below. Ergo, I see the stock trending higher from here. Brian
