You are well reasoned. I happened to buy Intel, LSI, Gasonics, Cohu, and Novellus 6 to 7 months ago and I look pretty smart. I even owned Autodesk, precrash at $40 & than piled on at $22 such that I am now way into the money. Cascade appeals to me for many of the same reasons these companies did. It just bugs me that the CEO is selling. Have you done an analyis or any valuation models, etc. on Cascade?
