It is interesting that the most successful technology companies are the ones that stick to their area of expertise. Intel makes chips.
DELL makes PC boxes. MSFT makes operating systems and applications programs.

IBM makes everything. It is hard to be great at everything.
It seems time for IBM to sharpen its focus and concentrate on what it is best at.
