Hey Kev; People are supposed to get smarter with age. Why are you getting dumber and dumber? I didn't think that could be possible. <<My guess is TV Guide was not happy with the deterioration in value of those $14.25 options. I believe SRCM was afraid that TVG might walk if the share price broke through that crucial level.
