A response I received from the company this evening regarding name change. A quick reply which was appreciated. The name change was a result of no filing.

My first day with the company was on Monday. Like you, I am not happy
with
this non-filing issue and intend to sort this out immediately. Accept
my
apologies and rest assured things will change. Once we have filed, I
intend
to make some positive announcements on how we are progressing.
