This is an answer to the argument. stratfor.com "0015 GMT,990402 - NATO member country Greece has ruled out participating in any NATO ground options in Kosovo, according to government spokesman Dimitris Reppas. Reppas added that Greece would not allow any NATO troops heading for Yugoslavia to pass through Greek territory. The 10,000 NATO troops currently deployed to Macedonia reportedly arrived through Thessaloniki, in Northern Greece."
