I think they are a long way from a NASDAQ listing, but they are a fully reporting company. Better than most of these BB stocks.

Actually, I look for it to climb back where it came from last year, in the range of $1.75 or so. I'll hold that long anyway. You should get a copy of the Prospectus if for no other reason than to read the CEO letter in it. Basically, he says they bought out several firms to position themselves in the market. While doing this added value overall, it was not immediately profitable. Now they are going to concentrate on earning profits from what they've bought.

They've got some good technology, like a card reader that reads almost any make card. Plus, they've landed some contracts to provide security for, like jails and airports. The report is worth reading.

I'm long and wish I were longer! *L*
