Daniel, You are correct about it being a matter of execution. It has been for some time but Les and the boys continued down the path that led nowhere. It is refreshing to see changes being made at the top where the leadership must start. I think it is a tragedy that Les walked away with 37 million dollars for such a dismal performance but that is water over the dam. Richard Brown has a premier company that is loaded with talent and a global reach. The possibilities are great with the right leadership. I am very interested in what he has to say on April 29th when earnings are announced. Dan
