My quick read remains that they are responding to demand. The ruggedized product is for military/satelite consumption. The unruggedized is for development. The middle one is for speculation, or perhaps good enough for military ground vehicles (except armored ones). I will do additional research.

The reason I bailed was two fold. This was placed in my IRA by a broker I fired last year, I rode it down form 8. Why would I care to hold a loser in my IRA? The second reason is that I wanted to accumulate VECO in the mid 30's, and I needed to sell something. Half of my techs in this account are doing great and I didn't want to unload the others yet (what am I waiting for with WFR?).

My final comment is that I may again own BWSI, just not in my IRA at any time in the near future. This looks like a speculation to me, and I don't usually speculate intentionally in my retirement accounts.
