So the worst case: USR will press release that they can not and will not ship x2 modems anytime soon, because of MOT litigation. Then the stock tanks 10-20%. The market hats the uncertainties, and USR/x2 has plenty of them! Can anyone imagine a worse case? Can MOT realy ask the court to block the release of x2 technology? Or would URS do so voluntarily? Xy
