It wasn't that they were early or wrong. The representations involved factual statements that were false. It was done repeatedly and systematically. You are suggesting they were dupes. With pallisard, johnson, pfister, yourself, and some of the others the characterization might be appropriate. Perpetrators of repeated false statements that are represented as facts are guilty of much more than simply being early or overly optimistic. There is nothing wrong with the latter. There is plenty wrong with the former.
