Did you get notification of the meeting? No Ken I did not. I've owned CSMA since Nov. of '97 yet I didn't receive anything regarding an April 3rd, 1999 meeting. That's why I was so skeptical. I didn't trust what I was reading on this thread because I wasn't aware of any meeting. I guess we will all find out soon enough. In my opinion, the CSMA shares are just a bonus anyway. I believe the real value will be in our spinoff shares eventually. Ron
