Nick - thanks for the information from Wendy. When Bob was the CEO, I e-mailed him and asked questions of him. He always replied. Maybe you you could do the same with Fred!!! Or, call him. I e-mailed him when he first became the President. It was not a tactful letter. I did not get a reply and I quess I would not of replied to that letter either. Jim
