Ken,

<<Regardless of holding "nothing" or "something" they still can make a quick 30%($300 grand on a 1MM investment) profit on conversion...regardless of the stock price..>>

IMO, your logic is lacking, Ken. Let's take your hypothetical that they convert at a 30% discount. The stock still has to be registered before it can be sold and that requires a public filing. With your "assumption" that this PP has created a "death spiral" (which I do not agree with), who do they sell to and at what price? If the percentage drop is anything like this past week, they will lose big time, IMO, as their 30% discount will be history if they try to sell their stock once it is registered. No, Ken, I think you are wrong... at least as it pertains to TSIG. If the PP holders do convert, IMO it will be at a time when the revenues are flowing into TSIG and they see big dollars... not pennies.
