I know that Hal works for a company Us Fax(USFX) and that USFX paid sold its technology arm to Fax Utilities Systems & Services Corporation (FUSS), which in turn paid one share of stock to every share USFX stock owned by the shareholder. Both stock are traded on the OTC board. Now this new company came out from FUSS. Netlist Corparation and FUSS consolidated to form Netlist International.

Trading

Business Wire - March 19, 1999 10:18

TAMPA BAY, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 19,
1999--NetList Corporation (OTC: BBAY) formerly Fax Utilities
Systems and Services, Inc.) the first worldwide business to
business trading community on the Internet has begun trading on
the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol : BBAY.

Much like the Multiple Listing Service in the real estate industry,
NetList offers immediate and timely information on locating capital
equipment for resale to businesses around the world.

The listing includes all vital information on the equipment:
manufacturer, year of manufacture, dimensions, etc. The web
pages also contain photographs with video clips being made
available on the specific equipment for sale
(http://www.netlist-ww.com).

NetList, Inc. (http://www.netlist-ww.com), allows sellers to list
capital equipment for sale and buyers to bid on items of interest.
Users are able to browse through listed items in an easy to use
format available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The company has established relationships to resell equipment for
Federal Financial Corporation, Machine Tool Finance (a division
of U.S. Bancorp) and LCA Leasing. In addition, the company is
remarketing inventory for a number of Fortune 500 companies.

The NetList concept provides these larger manufacturing facilities
the ability to market capital equipment directly to other businesses
and the end-user, therefore avoiding the typical broker relationship
and paying NetList a negotiated commission, or fee for service.
The site provides "one stop shopping" to both the buyer and the
seller.

NetList plans to introduce its existing operations and technologies
to other vertical markets such as durable equipment, construction,
medical equipment, and restaurant and food processing.

Like EBAY (Nasdaq: EBAY), NetList allows users to browse
through listed items in a fully automated, intuitive service that is
available around the clock. Other companies, such as Vertical Net
(Nasdaq: VERT) have targeted business markets, but NetList is
the first to offer businesses an auction environment.

Whereas other internet services such as Amazon.com (Nasdaq:
AMZN), America Online (NYSE: AOL), and Yahoo Auctions
(Nasdaq: YHOO) target consumers, BBAY is specifically geared
toward the business owner, using its 300,000 contact database
compiled over the last eight years.

The Company also announced on March 17th, that the board
approved a one (1)share for ten (10)share reverse split in its
common stock effective immediately.

Effective today, BBAY new shares will be traded. Old CUSIP
