I don't want to start trouble here....but how can one expect to get reliable 56K connections when MOST with 33.6 modems only get 28.8 maybe half the time? And the rest of the time its 26.4, 24, or 21K? I just don't think i'll plunk down the cash until i can be certain that when i buy a 56K modem...i'll get atleast 45K outof it. Its not the modems or ROK or MOT...its the fricken phone lines! On the chart side though...if it can hold here it maybe a good buy for the short run. f
