Back to the advantages of a rapidly rising price. If AXC's price were rapidly advancing, AXC could buy the remaining 49% of AENTV and TV-On-The-Web using stock....

How about some press releases talking about the exponential growth in hits on the various web sites? It seems that internet companies are being valued based on "clicks" as much as on revenue these days.

For example, how about:
Ampex Corporation reports explosive growth in its video on the web initiatives. They report that web hits it's subsidiary, TV-on-the-web were up 2900% in the first quarter over the same period last year, and 614% over the 4th quarter of 1998. Similarly web hits at its subsidiary AENTV were up 1290% over the same period last year, and 445% of the fourth quarter last year.

Ampex Corporation is traded on the American Stock Exchange under the symbol AXC. Ampex Corporation and its subsidiaries AENTV and TV-on-the-web are leaders in providing streaming video content through the web. AENTV has been named a top 10 site by ........
