I checked out a Bloomberg terminal where I work and they had no insider sales. Same with Yahoo. biz.yahoo.com There's a possibility you're looking at FCN (First Chicago National Bank)which comes up on some of the terminals when you type the symbol FCN. I think the ticker symbol changed from FTIC to FCN and listing on AMEX in March may be causing some confusion.
