Well, the FCC has some concerns. Any comments?

Mr. Kennard's letter suggested both good and bad news for the SBC-Ameritech
deal. Scott Cleland, managing director of Legg Mason Precursor Group, said the
letter is a "setup of concessions for approval, not a setup of concessions for
denial," adding the proposed time frame would accelerate the approval process.
