My point is that the fact that it is trading lower means that no good news (i.e. X2 announcement) has been built into the price. As for short term manipulation, I really can't say. That's why I am content to ignore short term flucuations and continue to focus on long term FA. IMO, USRX is much much much closer to it's bottom (even if it is not there yet) than it is to either its fair value or to my 1-2 year target. A year from now 10 points up or down from todays price will look almost trivial.

In the short term, the market is not rational. It is driven by greed, fear, ignorance, etc. In the long run, a stocks price correlates very well with earnings.
