record speaks for itself: JNNE - floundering, inaccurate PR's wherein no one gives
direct accurate answers and when DD is done to find out what is really going on - the
company changes it's web page, Rost begins posting on bulletin boards BTW still
elusive of direct answers etc.; WOTD - floundering; ENDV that Pat Rost represents
them is a fluke at this point; however, Press Release comes out from Rost and company
valuation nose dives and is still trying to recover. Can't seem to get over the 50 cent
level and still climb.

However, that Rost represents ENDV will be insignificant with the management and
product, ie in spite of Rost, company will grow as it has a real product and ambition; the
other firms he represents are as full of as much character (lack of) as he. Invest with
caution, do your DD on the firm, place your bet and deal.

Do not place a bet just because Rost is there or not there - it is however a HUGE RED
HERRING and flag you should contact the company directly and talk with no one but
the top. If you can't reach the top - forget the investment and place your bet on
something else.

ie JNNE - Try to get hold of Naughton or even his office - and you will be called by an
attorney referred to you by Rost; try to find one Press Release in either JNNE or
WOTD wherein the Press Release is NOT full of some visionary future with little or no
substance or actual product or even a success in any endeavor portended to be a
profitable venture.

IE Jnne has set up how many web sites? and how many are operational? How many
kiosks? And how many web sites have failed and how many are up YET? 1 kiosk
delivered and is it working?

And WOTD - pr about oil and gas - not affirmative - more speculation on what
MIGHT happen - Web site speculation abounds and nothing that really provides
answers with certainty or accuracy; press release always with the required disclaimer
that you could lose everything at the end of those PR's. Ha, guy has a sense of humor
doesn't he?

ENDV however - have real product and applications. An accident that Rost was hired
in my opinion. or Just bad luck for ENDV.

Anyway, just my experience and opinion. Jacalyn
