Richard Kraber is not a good CEO, at least from an investor relations point of view.

Threads always jump on management when the market, FUD or any other random event affects a stock. Nobody objects to airing criticism, but I do think you have a responsibility to know what you are talking about before you blast someone in a public forum.

We may never know if Dick Kraber would make a good CEO, or if he has talent in relating to investors. Dick is the company accountant, and worries about internal operations. Dick will always couch his expectations about future company performance in conservative cloth. Do you really want to fire the CFO for acting like a responsible CFO?

I find it coincidental, that two months ago, when WIND seemed to be on the verge of an upside breakout, that no one was critical of management. And Ron Abelmann has been in control for five years, leading the company from a player in embedded systems to the dominant company by far, growing revenues and earnings at faster than sector growth through the last four of those years.

Do you really want to just throw out that proven team, when there still is no evidence whatsoever of a problem in the company?
