KY, find George Gilder's essays on the net on QCOM. Great place to start. Qcom invented and hold the patents on CDMA, the cell technology that all cell phones will run on in the future. In short: It is an enabling technology QCOM owns the open, proprietary standards. The Market is growing at better than 50% a year. All other Telecom companies either are, or will have to, support it. LindyBill This stock should make Yahoo and Amazon look like small change.
