From Wine Investment News NY Liquor Authority Files Six Complaints Against Araldica The New York State Liquor Authority (NYSLA) has filed charges against Araldica Wineries Ltd. (OTCBB:AWLT) alleging six violations of state liquor codes. According to spokeswoman Maris Hart, the charges pending are: non-bonafide operation, availing, unauthorized corporate change/transfer, unauthorized removal, convicted felon, unauthorized retail sales.
