Lotus Pacific's Set-top Box Was Voted As The Best Winner By Eurotrade
Magazine In CeBIT Show

PISCATAWAY, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 1, 1999--Lotus Pacific Inc. LPFC
today announced that its set-top box was voted as the Best Winner by Eurotrade
Magazine during the CeBIT show in Hannover, Germany in March 1999.
