As Fern1 said last night maybe Aber will Kick start this by trying to Buyout Winspear.Then De-Beers gets involved and offers more.
Then RTZ aslso wants a piece of the Pie as they jump De-Beers Offer.

PS Many Ways at looking at A Buyout.Who Know Maybe Diamet Gets Involved Too.
