Well, I see that you aren't worried...but that doesn't answer the question as to the ethics, or illegality of such a trade...sorry, but although I know it will be back, this is unacceptable to me... On the other hand having Schwab is a REAL disadvantage because I can't buy quantities of stocks THIS cheap... Time to move the account I guess, but if I did buy a bunch, which I wanted to do yesterday, it would cost me more in commissions than the stock itself... chris
