Pardon my accounting. I forgot to subtract SG&A from the $100 million of Oracle revenue.
Assuming SG&A expenses of $10 million, which I think I pretty high because Oracle will be doing most of the selling, we still get a $40 million addition to pre tax earnings.
Not considering the $9 million plus in tax loss carryforwards, IDX would net $26.8 million, after-tax, which we will call $1.00 per share.

I am not saying that these revenues are inevitable, but I believe my math is correct - each 1% penetration of Oracle's customerbase will add at least $1.00 in EPS - assuming the number of shares outstanding does not increase marterially.
