Herc,

Do a lot of DD on HS. I have made several nice trades on HS, but I am very resistant to risking funds there now. As a rule those lawsuits are meaningless, but once in a while the "where there is smoke there is fire" thing is right on the money.

Lots of insider selling, which in my opinion has a higher percentage of confirming the negative that its counterpart, insider buying, has for confirming the positive.
