Dear Bert: Well, if the CPA's had issued their opinion on the statements for 1998 ( I am not sure that has in fact happened, it very well may be them that discovered the error) then I hope for the shareholders they have a BIG malpractice insurance policy. I can almost guarantee there will be a suit filed on this. JDN
