I emailed Peter last week with some questions/comments/concerns...
...the substance of my concerns having been already stated (in a previous post)...he has not yet returned my email.
I may try a different avenue and try to talk to George Markus who is the head of research and development, however, he's been out of town and I haven't been able to get a hold on him.
Although I'm currently a shareholder, I just don't feel right about DMX and Pennsaid...that's not to say that they don't have a product or that they haven't made the submissions that they say they have, however, their presentation/methodology, up to this point and to put it mildly, hasn't been particularly tight or polished...and this surprises me since they have a former president of Ortho-McNeil on the board!!
With all due respect to you Mark B, I can understand that they are a small company, but ya gotta do things right! If you don't have the studies, you do the studies. If you don't have the know how, you get somebody into administration or the board that does. Many shareholders complain about how long a process takes, but if the data is there and it's clean, you'd be surprised how fast the FDA and HPB can move...what we don't want is another thalidomide disaster!
