I agree with Gari. Constructiveness filters should be instigated on the threads. A full search for the following criteria should have a 90% success rate to allow posting:

1. posts are filtered by keyword match with nouns in the preceding 30 posts with 40% concurrency for 15% of posting.

2. qualifications of poster with regards to subjects at hand be confirmed by a simple ten line T/F test.

3. checking for above be done by high reliability third party agency or trust company.

4. off-colour and sensitive topic filters would disallow thousands of words that may offend scores of special groups.

5. relevance to subject at hand could be automatically filtered by grammatical filters coupled with AI and neural network meaning filters to eliminate less than scholarly approaches.

6. pontification filters would estimate the complexity index and discard posts with too many clauses and convoluted sentence structure.

7. bad grammar and spelling would be discarded out of hand.

8. all posts would be limited to ten english sentences to make the filters' jobs easier.
