George:

I don't have access to all the info you want, but consider that
Clifton's main plan was to mine the silver shear veins on a
profitable basis, at the same time that they expanded their reserves.
They built a mill, and have processed ore through it successfully.
This all indicates to me that they really tried to get going
as a mining company. So, they did come through with much of what
they planned. The drop in prices, and the edict are the road-blocks
that got in the way of the mining plan.

I don't know what prices will be required to get them going
again on the silver, but my suspicion is that they will need
lead and silver at least 30-50 % above current prices. I don't know
for sure, however, and will contact management again next week.

In the meantime, the colloidal silver will be used to generate
enough funds to support the company, until we have passed this
trough in the metals prices.

As far as the Cane-Springs operation, the company is trying to
obtain financing to commence the project, and to do some drilling
in order to get an idea of what kind of reserves they have.

I'll post again as soon as I can get more information.

Regards

Dan
