Thanks Donster - we appreciate your efforts.

There are virtually no surprises in the summary but it's always nice to hear things corroborated. The main thing missing, which can't be clearly foreseen, is the proposed timing of the IPO (all we can say so far is "this year," IMO). Oh, and the identity of the lead underwriter. I would assume they're working on that, too. -Eric
