Maurice: Did not bother to scan the previous 10K's but this one had a couple statements that give me some reason to hope that they are planning to get things up and running fast (my bolds): To achieve rapid and sustained customer acceptance, the Globalstar System has been designed to provide a high quality, worldwide service that combines the best of existing cellular service with the technological advantages of the Globalstar System to meet the needs of individual end users. By planning for volume production and utilizing commercially available off-the-shelf components where possible, Globalstar expects that its Globalstar Phones, Time will tell. Jeff Vayda
