Floyd - Without researching the other deals I have no rational method to determine the number of warrants. So, I just guess 30,000. <Coyote Network Systems announced it had signed a letter of intent to acquire a 19% equity position in DTA Communications Networks. Has CYOE ever acquired 20% or more of any of these companies, where constructive control could be asserted by the auditors? :) BB
