Talking about value, the USA/Lycos combination will compete strongly with both YHOO and AOL. LCOS gets almost as much traffic as YHOO already. It owns Tripod, very comparable to GCTY. Citisearch is comparable to AOL's Digitial City. Ticketmaster has a virtual monoply on any major entertainment event which presents a massive e-commerce opportunity that neither YHOO or AOL have. And not to mention the entire USA Networks TV exposure and what that brings to the table. This merger has been thoroughly confused and with a combined company valuation of $15 billion, it is the most undervalued of the bunch.
