ps I'm getting the DPMS catalog. Gonna find a dealer near me here in St Louis and go look! Getting excited. Never shot a .223 though..... Sounds fun! Don't forget to fill us in on all the details. For as far back as I can remember (an that's a ways back!) folks have always carried their shotguns or rifles in their trucks on their gun racks. Then, for reasons I still haven't figured out, the people allowed this to become taboo. Folks was getting car jacked, robbed in parking lots, etc. Then, in the past several years, some folks started to remember the good 'ol days when that didn't happen but once or twice in a blue moon. They started to stand up for their rights and put that nonsense to bed. Our crime rate is down which is contrary to what the anti-gun folks was a saying would happen. We used to have a problem with crooks following folks home at night and some that would wait for them in their garages. When we got the right back to carry, that put a hugh dent in the criminal population. Basically, we're telling the criminal element, "enough is enough, you might've walked in on your own two feet but tonight their carrying you out in a body bag." PB
